On the afternoon of Tuesday, 3rd February 2026, Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of PPCIL, was invited to participate in a meeting on priority needs collection (2027–2029), organized by the Planning Taskforce of Por Sen Chey District Administration, Phnom Penh Capital, under the chairmanship of Mr. Phon Sophan, Deputy Governor of the District, representing Mr. Sak Chan Kanharith, Governor of Por Sen Chey District.

Venue: Por Sen Chey District Hall

Main objectives:

– To discuss and identify the essential needs of the local residents at the grassroots level.

– To strengthen public service delivery and improve infrastructure in the district.
